The aim of the procurement is to enter into new parallel framework agreements for research and review assignments. The services requested are divided into three assignment types, and individual sub-contests will be held for each assignment type. ‘Nudging’ has become an international trend. A nudge is not about rules and bans, but about encouragement that it is always voluntary to follow or not. A good deal of research has been done that indicates that these simple nudges can be a cheap and efficient measure to increase intake/reduce drop-outs (references are given at the end).
