‘Nudging’ has become an international trend. A nudge is not about rules and bans, but about encouragement that it is always voluntary to follow or not. A good deal of research has been done that indicates that these simple nudges can be a cheap and efficient measure to increase intake/reduce drop-outs (references are given at the end).
