The Norwegian Directorate of Health would like to enter into a contract with a competence environment for a follow-up evaluation of the statutory right to the user managed personal assistance scheme (BPA). The statutory right came into force 1.1.2015.
The evaluation shall start 1.5.2015 and it shall last for 2 years.

Purpose of the study.
The purpose of the monitoring programme is to provide an overview of the status and development in terms of acidification of Norwegian waters, and facilitate further monitoring of the effects of acidification.
