Objective and scope of the procurement
The contest is for the provision of archive depot services.
The aim of the procurement is to enter into a framework agreement for archive depot services. This includes the storage and handling of physically and electronic archive material. The contracting authority would like to co-locate completed physical archives and electronic archives with one tenderer.

2019-12-03Procurement of a Contract Concerning Remote Archives (Utlendingsnemnda (UNE))
Utlendingsnemnda (UNE) [the Immigration Appeals Board] currently operates an archive in our own premises, but from summer 2020 will have smaller office premises. The purpose of the procurement is therefore to enter into a contract for secure storage of UNE's archives. The contract will safeguard storage and document management in-line with the applicable Archive Act, Archive Regulation, the Directorate for Cultural Heritage's regulation and laws about management of personal information.

2017-06-15Remote archiving services — a service agreement (Norsk Helsenett SF)
The Norwegian Health Network has decided to establish a joint archiving service for 12 enterprises in the central health administration.
A service agreement shall be entered into for the management of archive material/remote archive. The agreement period is 5 years, starting 1.1.2018. Option for the contracting authority to extend the agreement by 4 periods of up to 5 years. The maximum agreement period, including extensions is 20 years.
