The Office for Children, Youth and Family Affairs (henceforth referred to as Bufetat) shall procure services for the establishment, operation and maintenance of a central archive depot and payroll and financial documents. The contract includes the collection of documents from a local unit, transportation to the central archive depot, a system at the archive depot, and further assignments related to storage operation and retrieval of the paper documents. The contract also includes an option for the digitalization of the archive documents.
