NAV Oslo currently rents and operates a remote archive for NAV Oslo's entities, as well as for some of the archive for NAV's the vocational education and training service. The leasing contract expires during autumn 2020. The objective of the call for tenders is to enter into a contract for secure storage of the Contracting Authority's specialised archives after the expiration date of the current contract. A contract shall be entered that ensures secure storage and documents management in accordance with the Norwegian Archive law, archive regulations, the directorate for cultural heritage's requirements as well as the data protection act. The contract includes the marking/registration, packing and transport from the current remote archive situated at Ensjø in Oslo, as well as suitable and secure storage service for the archive materials. The contract also includes locating documents/cases/case files from the archive upon requests, and physical deliveries of the materials to NAV Oslo/NAV the Vocational Education and Training service. As leasing agreements for several of NAV's other archives premises expire in the next few years, it may be relevant during the agreement period to increase the amount of archive materials under this agreement by moving archive materials from other locations than NAV Oslo's current archive on Ensjø. This primarily applies to archives belonging to NAV the vocational education and training service which are currently located in other premises. The documents in the current remote archive must be collected by the selected provider by 1.9.2020.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:
The entered contract is consecutive. Cf. the Tender documentation section II, point 1.2: ‘The contract is valid until terminated’. However, the date for end of contract is stated in the notice as Doffin's tender forms require an end date. The end date 17.9.2023, i.e. 4 years after the contract has been signed into because the value of the contract is estimated for 4 years.
