The objective of the procurement is to combine Norske Tog’s purchase of technical consultancy services and modifications and repair assignments in several disciplines. The framework agreements shall ensure Norske Tog quick access to capacity and specialised competence in technical consultancy and performance of modifications and repairs of the entire train stock. The agreements shall facilitate long-term and develop collaboration between Norske Tog and the service providers.

Bane NOR's project “ERTMS National Imolementation“ with the subprojects ‘Trackside', ‘Onboard’ and ‘Traffic Management System’ will enter into an Agreement with one supplier on the following;
— Independent safety assessor (ISA),
— Assessment body CSM-RA (AsBo),
— Notified body TSI CCS (NoBo).
The suppliers of the signalling system, the traffic management system and the onboard system will enter into their own ISA, AsBo og NoBo agreements for the systems they deliver.
