FOR-00393 renovation of Sørbyhaugen rectifier station

Sørbyhaugen rectifier station shall supply the underground with electricity and it is important as regards the trains on the Lamberseter railway. The plant is old and needs replacing. The technical plant for electricity supply for the underground will be entirely replaced. This includes, among other things, high voltage installations, transformers, rectifiers, 750 VDC plant, control cupboard and low voltage installations. There will also be works with the building, ventilation and fire alarm installations.
Construction works:
There will not be any extension or addition to the existing building. There will be some external renovation of walls. The existing roof is new and shall be kept as it is. Road or water and sewage works shall not be carried out.
Inside non-loadbearing walls which currently make divisions between the equipment will be removed. Recesses in the floor and walls which can be used are to be kept. Old recesses which shall not be kept are to be recast and new recesses established. All inside ceilings, walls and floors will be plastered and painted.
Ventilation installations:
Used to regulate the temperature and to keep the overpressure in the different rooms. Separate adjustment for each individual room as regards temperature and pressure. The air supply is controlled by frequency managed fans.
An air cooling plant will be assembled with air cooled condenser. The condenser is to be placed externally on a wall. Monitoring the ventilation plant will be transferred to Tøyen.
Fire alarm installations:
An aspiration plant will be assembled in all the rooms for the fire alarm installations. There will be an internal alarm in the rectifier with light and sound. The fire centre will be connected to the operational centre in Tøyen.

Kollektivtransportproduksjon AS draws attention to the fact that companies register for the competition by sending in all the requested documentation in this notice’s point III.2 as well as the attached qualification documents. When the deadline for registration expires, the tender documents will be sent out to the contractors who are prequalified. The contractor shall also fill in 1 self-declaration as attached, including prequalification self-declaration form. Registration shall be sent per mail, 1 paper copy and 1 electronic copy (CD, not memory stick). The contractor shall state the name, telephone number and e-mail address of the contractor’s contact person for the assignment. See the attached qualification documents for further information.
