Kollektivtransportproduksjon AS (KTP)draws attention to the fact that registration to the competition is done via KTP's procurement portal, see http://anbud.ktpas.no. The qualification documents, self-declaration form for HSE and the quality assurance system as well as other relevant documentation are on KTP's procurement portal and are available for all interested parties. KTP draws attention to the fact that registration for the competition is done electronically by uploading all the requested documentation by the deadline via the procurement portal. Tenderers shall also fill in 1 self-declaration form for HSE and the quality assurance system that is available on the portal. When the pre-qualification has been held, the tender documents will be sent out electronically via the procurement portal to the pre-qualified tenderers. For the fulfilment of the contract it is a requirement that:
— The installer has signal/track certificate of apprenticeship or equivalent formal documentation for the relevant applicant country that illustrates competence within the respective professional fields,
— The offered resources for the contract period are required to understand written and oral Norwegian.
