The Norwegian State Education Fund invites tenderers to participate in a tender contest with negotiations in connection with the procurement of a new call centre system. The Norwegian State Education Fund aims at enter into an agreement with 1 provider of the call centre system and associated services.
A new system for a call centre shall replace the current call centre system and shall be the Norwegian State Education Fund's main platform in relation to management of customer requests. The new system shall, in addition to request by telephones, also support other type of requests such as chat, e-mail, call back, Facebook and Twitter.

Objektive utvelgelseskriterier:
If more than the stated number of service providers are qualified for the competition, the Norwegian State Education Fund will select service providers on the basis of which service providers are considered to be the most qualified in accordance with the qualification criteria ‘the service provider's capacity’ and ‘the service provider's competence and experience’, cf. point 6.6 and point 6.7, as well as the composition of service providers that will provide the best competition. The service providers that best cover both criteria and provide the best composition of service providers, including providers of various sizes, will be invited to submit tenders. ‘The service provider's competence and experience’ will be weighted with 70 % and the ‘service provider's capacity’ will be weighted with 30 %.
