The project is a turnkey contract and consists of the section between Stokkabekken and Katthola at Rubbestadneset in Bømlo in Hordaland. The section is planned and divided into 2 development plans: Rv 541 Stokkabekken - Innvær and Rv 541 Innvær - Katthola, jointly profile 0 - 2 945. The turnkey contract comprises both plans.
The new road from south of Stokkabekken to Katthola runs mainly through virgin terrain over thin marsh and moorland area north west of the current road. Further, the road runs between Stokkavatnet and Aunevatnet, and north of Innvær a new cross-roads shall be built. A crossroad for a future housing area shall be constructed approximately 300 meters from Stongavågen, before the road goes over a new pedestrian subway. From there the road cuts down to an approximately 110 meters long new bridge over Stongarvågen. East of "vågen", a new crossroad shall be constructed down to Rubbestad School, before the road enters an approx. 250 meters long tunnel. After the tunnel the road goes approximately 100 meters in a cut, with a passage to an environment friendly road and existing road.

In addition there must also be room for hard shoulder and railings.Approx. 4 subways/culverts.Approx. 250 meters tunnel in tunnel class C (Hb 021) T10,5.Noise reduction walls and environmental measures.Work carried out for electricity companies and municipal enterprises.
