Ekeberg Hall are a mountain complex with warehouses that was built in the mid-1950s. The are of the facility is approx. 32,000 m2 split between 2 floors, and contains 48 large halls of 600 m2 with a total rental area of 28,800 m2. The Port of Oslo has decided to implement measures to keep Ekeberg Hall in operation for a further 15 years. The facility will be upgraded to an appropriate condition.

2022-08-20Nordstrand Secondary School, expansion (Oslo kommune v/ Oslobygg KF)
The project includes the expansion of Nordstrand Secondary School from a U3 to a U4 school. Moreover, a department will be established for 19 autistic pupils. Nordstrand Secondary School is located in Nordstrandveien 29 in the Nordstrand district. The building was constructed in 1889. The existing building stock is regulated for conservation, and there shall be a school in operation during the construction period.
