Oslo municipality c/o Undervisningsbygg Oslo KF invite companies to a tender competition for the total renovation of Bjerke sixth form college. Historical building elements and new solutions shall be harmonised and give a uniform modern learning arena. Gross area: 9100 m2. Number of pupils: 677.
The construction phase is planned to be carried out as a general contract based on the general regulations in NS8405.
The construction period will last from September 2011 to May 2013. A trial period will be ended in February 2014.

— Annual accounts for the last 3 accounting years including the board’s annual report, profit and loss accounts, the balance, notes and auditor’s report,

— Credit rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounting figures. The rating shall be carried out by a publically certified credit rating institution.

Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:

— An overview of assignments that the tenderer has carried out in the last 5 years, together with certificates of satisfactory execution for the most important works. The certificates shall state the work’s value as well as the date and place of the work and to what extent the work was professionally and properly executed. A reference person shall be given and Undervisningsbygg will have the authority to contact this person,

— Information on education and professional qualifications at the contractor and the company’s administrative management (competence matrix),

— An account of the contractor’s average work strength and the number of employees in administrative management during the last three years. (Can be the same document as the competence matrix).

An account of the instruments, machines, tools, materials or technical equipment that the contractor can use for fulfilment of the contract.

— Central certification or a statement/documentation that the company/entity is qualified for local certification in development class 3,

— Certificate of the company’s quality assurance system/control system issued by independent bodies which confirms that the contractor fulfils quality assurance systems, e.g. ISO 9001:2002,

— The awarding authority will also accept other documentation which shows that the contractor has a similar quality assurance system,

— An account of existing routines or a valid certificate from a third party verified system (e.g. Environmental lighthouse, ISO14001, EMAS).

— The contractor shall have good competence and experience from equivalent assignments,

— Sufficient capacity and the ability to fulfil this contract,

— Central certification/qualified for local certification.

The contractor shall document that he has:

— a satisfactory quality assurance system,

— procedures for carrying out the assignment in an environmentally responsible way.
