— Credit evaluation/rating, not older than 6 months, based on the last known accounts. The entire credit evaluation report must be submitted and shall contain key figures for the last 3 financial years. The rating shall be performed by an approved credit rating agency. The Awarding Authority reserves the right to obtain their own credit evaluation if necessary. If the contractor has valid reasons for being unable to prove the financial position in accordance with the above documentation requirements, the Awarding Authority will consider other appropriate documentation.

— Overview assignments executed the previous 5 years with certificates showing sufficient execution of the works. The certificates shall state the value, date as well as time and location of the works and if the works have been professionally and properly executed. The reference person should be given and the Awarding Authority shall be authorised to contact the relevant reference person.

— Information of education and professional qualifications of the contractor's personnel and the company's executive management (competence matrix).
— Overview of the company's average workforce and number of employees in the executive management during the previous 3 years.
— Central approval in enterprise class 2 for all disciplines except ventilation which requires enterprise class 3, or statement that the company is qualified for local approval.
— Certificate of the company's quality assurance system/management system issued by independent bodies which confirm that the contractor fulfil certain qualification assurance standards, such as ISO 9001:2002.
The Awarding Authority also accepts other documentation which shows that the contractor has established equivalent quality assurance measures.
— Statement of the existing routines or valid certificate from a third-party verified system (e.g. Eco-Lighthouse, ISO 14001, EMAS - Eco-Management and Audit Scheme).
