The contracting authority would like tenders for the operation and maintenance of the measurement network for local air quality in Oslo and Akershus. The measurement network consists of a total of 9 fixed measurement stations (6 in Oslo and 3 in Akershus), as well as a BC meter in Lillestrøm and an ozone meter in Lommedalen.
The aim of the procurement is to ensure that the measurement network in Oslo and Akershus measures and operates in accordance with the current quality requirements.

2015-02-23Environmental toxins in terrestial and semi-urban environments (Miljødirektoratet)
‘Environmental toxins in terrestrial and semi-urban environments’ shall measure the levels of environmental toxins in land dwelling animals and the degree of bioaccummulation/biomagnification. This shall be used to assess to what degree animals are exposed to environmental toxins and the potential effects that these can create. The results shall be used for national and international work to reduce environmental toxins.

1. Selected new brominated flame retardants and new perfluorated organic compounds on mainland Norway and in the Arctic, in addition measurement of chlorinated paraffin in the Arctic.
2. Siloxanes in Norwegian lakes.
3. Identifying unknown and potentially new environmental hazardous substances or “non-targeted” screening of environment samples.
4. Collocation of Norwegian environment data produced through the screening program.
