Bane NOR invites tenderers to submit tenders for a single procurement regarding the hire a HF consultant for the TMS project in the ERTMS program. Tenderer means the unit that submits a tender.
The work that will be carried out in this contract are described in annex 1. Further information on the ERTMS project can be found at: https://www.banenor.no/Prosjekter/prosjekter/ertms/.
The contract period is one year with an option for one year extension. The maximum contract period is two years.

The objective of the procurement is to combine Norske Tog’s purchase of technical consultancy services and modifications and repair assignments in several disciplines. The framework agreements shall ensure Norske Tog quick access to capacity and specialised competence in technical consultancy and performance of modifications and repairs of the entire train stock. Bane NOR's project “ERTMS National Imolementation“ with the subprojects ‘Trackside', ‘Onboard’ and ‘Traffic Management System’ will enter into an Agreement with one supplier on the following;
— Independent safety assessor (ISA),
— Assessment body CSM-RA (AsBo),
— Notified body TSI CCS (NoBo).
The suppliers of the signalling system, the traffic management system and the onboard system will enter into their own ISA, AsBo og NoBo agreements for the systems they deliver.
