The Ministry of Foreign Affairs would like to enter into a framework agreement with a tenderer for the procurement of digital radio communication and associated equipment and services for the Norwegian Foreign Services that the ministry's own capacity and competence cannot cover. The procurement will mainly consist of digital radio equipment (DMR) such as base stations, vehicle-mounted radios and handsets, as well as installation services for the equipment.

The contract consists of electrical and CRM works in connection with the E6 Stretch Frya — Sjoa, including the Hundorp tunnel and the Teigkamp tunnel.
