In order to have efficient case management in the new municipality, the current partially paper based property record archives for both of the old municipalities must be digitalised by scanning documents and making them available in the new organisation. After the digitalisation is complete, the papers must be sent to the county archive in Leikanger. The archives consist of papers from the two previous municipalities as follows:
