Digitising and Scanning of Archive — Nordre Follo

Scope of the procurement:
The contracting authority needs to sort, label and digitise the paper-based building applications and surveying archive.
The surveying archive for Ski and Oppegård is currently paper files. The majority of Oppegård municipality's building application archive was scanned in 2004, but the files must be transferred to PDF/A as they are currently in tiff format. Thereafter they must be split and indexed. Oppegård municipality has scanned the ‘old’ surveyor's certificates to PDF and they are locally stored in folders according to cadastral number and title number. Both of the municipalities have their current production base in the ESA case-archive system delivered by Evry.
The part of the building application archive that is already scanned (Oppegård) must be converted to the correct PDT formal and divided into categories (drawings, applications, maps, decisions, etc.) and entered under the correct cadastral and title number. This is currently recorded in an historic base (ESA) and recording according to cadastral/title/building number. All of the applications also have an individual case number.
