The shooting range, situated in a rock hall at Åsland, includes a shooting gallery with 50, 100 and 200 m shooting range distances. The Shooting range shall contain 38 stands divided between 4 floors. Accommodations for users of the shooting range shall also be constructed near the shooting range. The framework agreement consists of 4 lots:

Tax certificate:
The selected tenderer will be required to present a tax certificate and a VAT certificate. The tax certificate must not be older than six months old at the deadline for submitting a request for participation in the competition or tender. For building and construction contracts, the tenderer shall require an equivalent tax certificate from all sub-suppliers when contracts are signed for the assignment with a value exceeding 500 000 NOK excluding VAT.

The site where Åsland shooting range shall be established is temporarily expropriated by the Norwegian National Rail Directorate. This gives Bane NOR all rights to the site until the Follo line is finished. The Municipal Undertaking for Culture and Sports Facilities Oslo KF (KID) has dialogue with Bane NOR about a contract to be able to built Åsland shooting range at the same time as the Follo line project is under way.

Such an agreement must be in place before KID will receive general permission for Åsland shooting range.
In anticipation of an agreement with Bane NOR and general permission, the competition is cancelled.
The competition will be published again when Åsland shooting range has been given general permission.
