Haugesund kommune, hereafter called the Customer, has a goal that involves requesting tender offers for the provision of services related to clearing, scanning and digitisation of the property archive, which consists of the municipality's archive for plans, surveying certificates, building applications, surveying and land use. Haugesund kommune wants to provide the best offer and good service regarding access to information for it's inhabitants. By making our archives digitally available, processes aimed at the municipality's inhabitants will be simplified and improved. The level of information will be improved and higher, which in turn ensures that one can connect faster and better decisions in the public proceedings.
