County road 714 Stokkhaugen — Sundan: New road and tunnels in Snilldal and Våddånesset

On behalf of the Sør Trøndelag county municipality, The Norwegian Public Roads Administration is building a toll package ‘New county road 714 Laksevegen’ in Snillfjord municipality.
The work which is now to be carried out includes building of new road and tunnels in Snilldal, altogether 3 360 m, whereby 1 220 m is 2 x 3 lane tunnels (Fossan tunnel and Snilldals tunnel) and a 64 m bridge over Snilldals river as well as connections with the existing road at both ends.
In addition, the work includes the completion of approximately 870 m of new road through the existing soil extraction site at Våddånesset as well as connections with existing roads.

Vilkår for deltakelse
Egnethet til å utøve yrkesvirksomheten:
(1) Requirement to submit tax certificate for VAT and tax, cf. PPR § 8-7, possibly. § 17-14.(national requirement).
(2) Requirement to submit an HSE self-declaration, cf. PPR § 8-8 (1), possibly § 17-15 (1).
Økonomisk og finansiell stilling:
(1) Documentation of the tenderer's turnover for the last 3 years should be submitted with the tender. The tenderer's annual average turnover should be at least as large as the annual revenue the contract will generate.
(2) Tenderer's equity should follow with the tender. Tenderer must have positive equity.
Teknisk og faglig kapasitet:
The tenderer shall have experience from work of the same nature and degree of difficulty.
(2) Technical and professional competency and relevant experience is required of the key personnel who will be used for this assignment. Name and CV for key personnel who shall carry out the assignment.
(3) It is a requirement that the organisation of the execution of the contract is sufficiently staffed and that the tenderer has the capacity and ability to deal with unforeseen circumstances during the contract.
(4) Statement regarding the tenderer's quality assurance system/quality management system.
(5) Description of equipment, machinery equipment or other available equipment that is relevant to the execution of this contract (applies to building and construction contracts).
