Project: RV7 Sokna - Ørgenvika: Contract 7 - Electro engineering installations and CRM

New Rv 7 (National road 7) between Sokna and Ørgenvika includes construction of a new line with a length of approx. 16, 6 km. The contract also includes a shortening of 20 km for the existing line for Rv 7. The line is partly following the existing line for the Bergen railway and is mainly through untouched wooded terrain. The road shall be constructed as road type S4 and shall contain i.a. the following tunnels:
— The Rallerud tunnel, Cross section T10, 5, Length approx. 2,8 km.
— The Ørgenvik tunnel, Cross section T10, 5, Length approx. 3,7 km.
— The Lundesgård tunnel (Environmental culvert), square cross section, Length approx. 160 m.
This contract involves Electro engineering installations, Control, Regulation and Monitoring system (CRM) as well as controllable traffic control installations for tunnels and accompanying open air zones.
The main works in this contract are:
— Delivering, installing cable racks, cabling and coupling lighting fixtures complete with lamps and fasteners, for installation to cable racks in tunnel.
— Installing impulse ventilators with accompanying cabling and control.
— Delivering, installing, cabling and coupling UPS system in the main and sub distribution systems, including boards/distributors and cabinets.
— Delivering, installing and coupling fibre cable system.
— Delivering, cabling, connecting and commissioning various traffic control system and mechanical variable signs in tunnel and open air zone.
— Delivering, installing and commissioning complete ITV system with incident detection including camera and network system.
— Delivering, installing and commissioning complete radio system for FM, DAB+ and national emergency network in tunnel, including lattice mast with antennas, feeder line, beam cables, radio central and amplifier/repeater.
