The contract includes construction of a new 1, 9 km section for Fv 33 (County road 33), between Jonsrud and Langsletta in Østre Toten municipality. Approx. 940 m of the stretch are in tunnel past Skreiberga. The tunnel shall be constructed with cross section T9, 5 and secured with water and frost protection. The tunnel shall have continuous shotcrete arch with guardrail made of concrete. Portals made of concrete shall be constructed in both ends of the tunnel. The portals will have adjoining technical buildings where the filling around the portal and the technical building has a large dry wall as veneer.
The open air zones shall follow the existing Fv 33 and shall be upgraded in relation to road width, cross section of ditch and geometry. The expansion is located in very side steep terrain. This means blasting of high cuttings with partly thin blast widths. The improvement includes pavement widening of two creek culverts and construction of a 46 m long retaining wall made of concrete.
The works must be executed with traffic passing the construction area. In the west the entire section borders to the Falken natural reserve. It is stringent restrictions in relation to demarcation of the construction area towards the natural reserve. During the summer months heavy construction works, e.g. blasting and drilling in open air are not allowed.
Contract practise is execution contract, contract type is unit price contract.
