The main fairway goes south-west of Jomfruland through the area by Knubbhausen, and further past Strømtangen lighthouse. The fairway then turns north-east to Kragerø Port. The secondary fairway from Kragerø to Hellefjorden passes Galeioddbåene and continues in a north-easterly direction. There are private quays located in the Valberg area for shipping of rock material.
