Digdir needs a case management system in order to receive and respond to user enquiries that currently come into resident-oriented user-support for the ID port and Altinn, or to other internal help-desks and email addresses serviced by multiple caseworkers in the Directorate. We do not need a complete CRM system. We are not building a customer base, but respond primarily to individual enquiries.

Arkivverket would like to procure a new enquiry system. The system will at first handle enquiries from users of Arkivverket's services within further determined function areas. Arkivverket would like a standard system that can solve most of our needs that are described in the requirements specification.
