The contract period will be one (1) year from the delivery date. The contract will then be automatically renewed for 1 (one) year at a time. 3 (three) months written notice can be given on the contract by the contracting authority.
The tenderer has the option to terminate the contract 12 (twelve) months prior to the notification of contract renewal.

Tenderers must be registered in a company register, professional register or a trade register in the country where the tenderer is established.
Documentation requirement:
Norwegian tenderers: company registration certificate.

(a) Tenderers must have experience from comparable assignments. Description of up to three of the tenderer's most relevant assignments during the last 3 years. The list must include a statement of the deliveries' value, dates and recipients (name, telephone number and email address). It is the tenderer's responsibility to confirm relevance through the description. Tenderers can document the experience of the personnel that may be used for this project, including experience that has been acquired while the personnel was in the service of another employer.
