Parallel assignment — Junction development — Fredrikstad municipality for the Inter City Project (Jernbaneverket (The Norwegian National Rail Administration))
The Norwegian National Rail Administration, c/o the Inter City Project has started the planning of a new double track and a railway station in Fredrikstad.
