Parallel assignment — Junction development — Fredrikstad municipality for the Inter City Project (Jernbaneverket (The Norwegian National Rail Administration))
The Norwegian National Rail Administration, c/o the Inter City Project has started the planning of a new double track and a railway station in Fredrikstad. The project is responsible for the planning of a future infrastructure which shall replace the old railway, the construction of a station which shall be the basis for local junction development and make sure that the infrastructure is adapted future traffic: InterCity, long distance and local passenger traffic and freight traffic. Jernbaneverket needs therefore consulants to work with assignments connected to project management, engineering design management and construction management. We will therefore establish parallel framework agreements for hiring resources for project management, hiring resources for engineering design management and hiring resources for construction management.
