The assignment includes the evaluation of Diku's program for flexible educational service and Skills Norway's scheme with grants for flexible postgraduate studies in the adult competence program. The main purpose of the assignment is to assess whether the schemes have given results in accordance with the overall objectives, whether they function as intended and to identify the need for changes and adjustments in the schemes. A detailed description of the delivery is in Appendix 1 of the contract.

This research assignment shall map participation, organisation and evaluation and experiences of the intensive learning for all pupils in all schools that participate in the transition project in Ny Giv in 2012 and 2013.
