The Norwegian Parliament wants to use talk-t-text technology primarily in the production of the Norwegian Parliament's minutes.

NLB produces audio books, primarily in Bokmål (nb-NO), but voices for both Bokmål and Nynorsk (nb-NO) will be purchased. In the future, the number of media with synthetic speech will increase. Therefore a price model is needed which is beneficial for a large quantity of synthetic media and many users, and where the costs are predictable, even if the number of users increases.
