The Directorate of Police has had a framework agreement for a web-based questionnaire tool for several years and many of our entities use the tool. There are currently 150 users of the tool. We see that the use of such a tool has increased over the years. The tool is used for different purposes, everything from registration to courses/seminars/conferences to the implementation of large and small surveys. We shall establish a new framework agreement for these services.

The contracting authority would like to enter into a framework agreement for the provision of services connected to regular employee surveys in the police department.
The Directorate of Police had a questionnaire designed for the employee survey in 2010. The form was used in measurements in 2011 and 2013. We would like to continue with the form in order to be able to make comparisons over time. The surveys are carried out every other year. The next employee survey is planned for January/February 2015.
