The Contracting Authority wants to procure consulting services with HR-expertise and experience with inquiries, description of systems in an HR portfolio and implementation of these, including project support.
A preliminary project has been carried out in connected with analysis of the current status and the target for future solutions is established within the HR area of the Administration. This work has now been continued in a separate project, managed by Politidirektoratet (The National Police Directorate) and it is this project that requires resources.

Start up of the deliveries is stipulated to March 2014. Currently the main milestone plan involves activities through to the end of 2016. The need for resources is stipulated to between 2 and 6 full time equivalent (FTE) in the period, varying depending on the task quantity in the project. During the start up phase (2014) we anticipate the need for 3 to 4 resources/FTE.The scope of the procurement will be dependent on the need and the budgetary constraints which apply at any time to the Politidirektoratet.
