FiB would like to have an inviting and user friendly website. The website, www.fib.no, is a central part of the festival's communication and sales work. FiB's goal is to achieve 95% digital ticket sales through its website.

The technical delivery will cover the need for personnel and equipment within audio, lighting, stage and AV technology during the festival period, in accordance with the specifications and plans prepared by FiB´s production department. Tenderers are expected to be able to provide a total delivery, which in the least possible degree, uses sub-suppliers of equipment and services (sub-hire).

The contracting authorities' description of the delivery is in annex 1 of the contract.
The contracting authorities shall procure a new joint ticket system for use in the 7 organisations. Each of the organisations will be responsible for implementing their contracts, separate contracts will be signed for each of the organisations, with different implementation dates.
The contracting authorities will together choose 1 competition winner.
