Festspillene i Bergen would like to enter into a framework agreement with one or several tenderers for the procurement of technical event services for the production of the annual festival.
The technical delivery shall cover the need for personnel and equipment within audio, lighting, stage and AV techniques during the festival period, in accordance with the specifications and plans prepared by FiB's production department. Tenderers are expected to be able to provide a total delivery, which in the least possible degree, uses sub-suppliers of equipment and services (sub-hire).

1.3 The assignment
The technical delivery shall cover the need for personnel and equipment within audio, lighting, stage and AV techniques during the festival period, in accordance with the specifications and plans prepared by FiB's production department. Tenderers are expected to be able to provide a total delivery, which in the least possible degree, uses sub-suppliers of equipment and services (sub-hire). The delivery can be split into four main parts:

1.3.1 Engineering design services and planning
In the period from December the different productions are planned and engineered in consultation with FIB's production department.
1.3.2 Equipment delivery
Delivery of technical equipment within the mentioned disciplines. Mainly operated by personnel as described in 1.3.3, but also in the form of ‘dry-hire’ (equipment delivered without accompanying personnel).
1.3.3 Personnel and manpower
Delivery of personnel for operating technical equipment as mentioned in 1.3.2. In addition, deliveries of personnel within the mentioned disciplines without technical equipment.
1.3.4 Support functions
Transport and logistics in connection with 1.3.1, 1.3.2 and 1.3.3. In addition, operational and support functions for them.
Varighet: 24 måneder
Beskrivelse av opsjoner:
The contract period is from when the contract is signed until 31.12.2019, with 2 options for a 1 year extension from 31.12.2019. The contract will end on its expiry date without further notice being given, unless the options are taken up.

2.2 HMS Taxes and duties. Tax certificate, not older than 6 months, calculated from the tender deadline.
— Form from the Tax Directorate (RF-1244) for VAT issued by the tax office.
Filled in and signed HSE self-declaration in accordance with the Public Procurement Regulations. Use the attached template if possible, see Annex 1.
2.3 Professional ethics and corruption. Completed self-declaration. Preferably use the attached template, see Annex 2.
2.4 Social dumping. Completed self-declaration. Use the attached template if possible, see annex 3.
2.5 Organisation and capacity. Presentation of the tenderer — an account of the company's total extent and capacity.
2.6 Credit rating. Credit rating/rating or approved annual accounts.

Tenderers shall enclose a credit rating from a publicly certified credit rating institution, not older than 6 months from the tender deadline, or the company's last 2 annual accounts, including notes, the board's annual reports and the auditor's reports, as well as recent information of relevance for the company's accounting figures.
