The agreement concerns execution of an evaluation of the schemes in the Introduction Act. The Introduction Act consists of 2 schemes, the Introduction Scheme and training in Norwegian and Social Studies. The evaluation shall encompass both of the schemes in the Act. Training in Norwegian and Social Studies shall be evaluated as both a central measure in the introduction programme and as an individual scheme.

2015-03-31Review of enforcement/policy apparatus for discrimination (Barne-, likestillings- og inkluderingsdepartementet)
The Ministry would like to carry out a major review of the enforcement apparatus for equality and non-discrimination. The aim is to strengthen law enforcement and to ensure control of the directorate's assignments. This shall be done by, amongst other things, separating the promotor and law enforcement assignments.

It is desired to enter into a contract for research that provides more knowledge about children/families with shared custody and child influences on residence and access arrangements in families where parents do not live together.
The contract is divided into two sub-assignments:
1 Children with shared custody;
2 Children's influence on visitation arrangements and residence.

The third programme involving gender equality research is now in the completion phase. The Research Council of Norway has decided not to initiate a new programme for gender equality research. 2012-06-19Assistance with implementing the programme Equal municipalities (Barne-, likestillings- og inkluderingsdepartementet)
BLD would like assistance with the implementation of the project Equal municipalities, which shall strengthen the work for equality between men and women in the municipalities' activities.
The project has a cost limit of 3 900 000 NOK in total including VAT over 3 years. This is divided between 400 000 NOK in 2012 and 1 750 000 NOK in 2013 and 2014 respectively.
