Akasia, hereafter called the contracting authority, shall enter into a framework agreement for the procurement of vehicles. The procurement comprises approx. 70 vehicles in the period 2025 to 2028, and concerns professional vehicles of various sizes. The agreement shall cover both the administration and procurement of new vehicles. 23 vehicles are planned to be replaced in 2025, 15 cars in 2026, and the remaining vehicles in the period 2027-2028.

2024-11-07Procurement of robotic grass mowers (Akasia Kirke og Gravplass AS)
Akasia Church and Gravplass AS (AQG) shall procure approx. 40 robotic grass mowers in 2025 and 2026 for the operation of cemeteries and green areas around the churches in Bergen municipality. AQQ is a self-management company for Bergen Church Council (BKF). The company operates and administers all of BKF ́s properties, a total of 28 cemeteries and 35 churches. In 2024 we procured 12 cutners and are now planning further procurements for the 2025 and 2026 summer seasons.

Akasia shall replace approx. 60 cars in the car fleet over a 4-year period. These cars are currently partly included in existing leasing agreements, and partly self-owned.
