Kort beskrivelse:

The contracting authority's ICT services are currently undertaken through a time limited framework agreement with an external supplier, which is up for renewal.

The municipality intends to enter into a new framework agreement with a tenderer who can provide and quality assure all the ICT services.

The aim of the procurement is to ensure that contracting authority has a future-orientated platform for secure and stable operation of the company's services.

The operational platform shall be a foundation where the existing and future IT systems shall be established, operated and managed in an innovative and creative manner.

Digitising and automation is an important part of this. Furthermore, efficient collaboration between the contracting authority and the tenderer will secure rational and resource efficient operation of the ICT services. The plan is to have transparency and access to information in deliveries from the tenderer, so that the contracting authority can obtain information on the state of the infrastructure and IT systems.

Beskrivelse av fornyelser:

The contract will then be automatically renewed for 1 (one) year unless 3 (three) months notice is given by the contracting authority, or 6 (six) months notice by the tenderer, before the renewal date.

Beskrivelse av opsjoner:

The other operational services and additional services that the tenderer can offer, cf. SSA-D Operational Contract, Annex 7 - Total Price and Price Terms, will be options that the contracting authority can choose

to procure if there is a need for operational services beyond what is included in the ordinary operations, or if there is a need for additional services in accordance with the general contract text. Components that are found again in the SSA-D Operational Contract Annex 1 - The Contracting Authority's Requirements Specification, will be used as part of the comparison basis for the award of contract. The contracting authority will be free to assess which of

these components will be procured and implemented.
