Akasia kirke og gravplass AS, henceforth referred to as the Contracting Authority, hereby invites tenderers to a tender contest for LARK services.
The contracting authority intends to enter into a framework agreement with two to three Tenderers who can deliver a comprehensive and quality-assured LARK consulting service. The objective of the procurement is to ensure that the Contracting Authority has a solid and satisfactory capacity to secure the tenderer's LARK consulting services and deliveries. Furthermore, efficient collaboration between the Contracting Authority and the Tenderer shall secure rational and resource efficient operation of the services. The plan is to have transparency and access to information in deliveries from the Tenderer, so that the Contracting Authority can obtain information on the situation of the at all times ongoing procurement processes.

Estimert totalverdi: 10 000 000 NOK 💰
Kort beskrivelse:
The estimated total contract value is NOK 2.5 years per annum, excluding VAT. The estimated contract value is of an informative nature only, and the contracting authority is not bound by this.
Call-offs against the framework agreement shall only be carried out by persons with relevant education in the landscape architect profession the LARK subject, and the tasks will mainly include:
- Detailed engineering design of measures at burial grounds and the named memorial sites. Including plan for engineering design of the scope with a list of drawings
- SOSI maps of graves
- Planting plans
- Other LARK projects and tasks
- The tenderer must be able to participate at engineering design meetings in Akasia's premises in Laksevåg. The number of meetings will depend on the project.
We want a partner who strengthens our capacity within the LARK subject, to ensure good deliveries to our customers.
Estimert verdi eksklusive mva: 10 000 000 NOK 💰
