Any complaints regarding the conduct of the procurement procedure shall be submitted in writing to the Contracting Authority via Mercell. Complaints must be submitted before the expiry of the standstill period. Reference is made to the rules on remedies in the Norwegian Public Procurement Act and the accompanying regulations.
The standstill period expires on 02 June 2026.
