The contracting authority is Bergen Church Council (Norwegian: BKF) The procurement will be administered by Akasia kirke og gravplass AS.
We would like to establish sub-contracts for refuse collection services that will cover BKF's needs.
Sub-contract 1, graveyards, churchyards, and environmental stations, approx. 28 addresses.
Sub-contract 2, churches and parish halls, approx. 32 addresses.
Sub-contract 3, Møllendal chapel and crematorium 1 address.
The non-binding total value for all the contracts is estimated to an approx. annual NOK 2.5 million + VAT. This amount is not binding for the contracting authority.
The goal is to reduce the scope and cost of refuse collection, and the tenderer must actively contribute to this.
Tenderers may submit tenders for one or more sub-contracts.
The contest will be held with negotiations.
Price will be weighted with 70% and environment with 30%.
