Framework agreement for media conversion of paper archives, photo material, film, maps, and drawings, and for designing an approved keeping and scrapping plan for NVE's archive material
NVE will convert media from approx. 800 shelve metres of paper material with material that is more recent than 1950, and organise, possibly media conversion of, 370 shelve metres of paper archives that are older than 1950. Parts of the material have accompanying electronic journals based on the NOARK standard. When papers are to be scanned that have an electronic journal, new approved extractions must be taken for depositing with the National Archive Services of Norway.
