Lier kommune

Lier municipality wants to make the building applications archive digitally accessible for both internal and external users. The objective is to make the archive easily accessible so that less resources are required to find relevant information, and to provide better service to external users. The digitised material must have the same information value as the current paper archive.
Building applications with case number to and including 2008 will be digitised, while older cases will be identified and freighted to the municipality's remote archive without being digitised. In total, the archive consists of approx. 138 lineal metres of archive boxes.

Building applications with case number to and including 2008 will be digitised, while older cases will be sorted and freighted to the municipality's remote archive without being digitised. In total, the archive consists of approx. 138 lineal metres of archive boxes.

The assignment comprises all work assignments and services connected to the project, including (but not limited to):

— packing of the entire building applications archive and transport to the service provider's premises,

— sorting of case folders that will and will not be digitised,

— preparation and digitising of case folders (to and including 2008),

— packing and transport of all the case folders that will be sent to the municipality's remote archive at Notodden,

— accessibility and storage of the material in a web-based archive and access system for internal use. Future use and support of the system must be included in the delivery,

— training of key personnel in the municipality. The following options must be included in the tender offer,

— access system for the external users (public) with log in via the ID port.

The Contracting Authority retains the right to reduce the scope of the contract if the price exceeds the funds allocated to the assignment.

Lier municipality owns the right to the digitised material.
