The contracting authority seeks tenders regarding digitization of historic property archives as well as archiving and management solution for digitized documents.
The Property Archives consists of documents and drawings created during legal cases/proceedings involving building projects, partitioning, sectioning, agriculture as well as from fire inspections and sanitation reports. The volume is estimated at approximately 27,600 files and 670 boxes. This amounts to about 1,320,000 pages. Of these, the following needs to be scanned:
— Approximately 860,000 A4-A3 pages (black/white and colour) distributed among a total of approximately 600,000 documents
— Approximately 111,000 A2 - A0 pages (black/white and colour)
— Approximately 922,000 pages need to be scanned.
The calculation of the number of pages was based on a sample of 192 estate folders (i.e. 0.7 %). The stated estimates are not guaranteed.
