The contracting authority shall enter into a contract with a service provider for consultancy services within arranging and delivering old and completed archives.The contracting authority's archive material from two entities that, after a merger in 2008, were closed down and incorporated in the Norwegian Film Institute, needs to be arranged and delivered. The closed down entities were Norsk filmfond and Norsk filmutvikling. Norsk filmutvikling's archive includes the Government Study Centre for Film and the Norwegian/Government Study Centre for Film Training. This is the same entity that has had several name changes.The work consists of arranging, registering, preparing for delivery and delivering old archive material to the National Archives of Norway. The material consists of a total of approx. 120 shelf metres that are at the contracting authority.The assignment shall be entirely organised and executed by the tenderer, in accordance with the current rules, and in accordance with the National Archives of Norway's requirements and terms. The registration of the material shall be done in a system that the National Archives of Norway has approved for the registration and retrieval of information on historical archives, such as ASTA, or possibly similar information systems. The archive material shall be delivered to the National Archives of Norway after it has been arranged. It is a prerequisite that the entire delivery with delivery lists is approved and received by the National Archives of Norway. The contracting authority will not ocver any embedding/incorporation in material that has already been delivered to the National Archives of Norway.The assignment shall be carried out in the tenderer's premises, which must fulfil the requirements for premises for a remote archive and must be entirely carried out during the contract period.
