80301 – Sealed building.
The expected and provisional extent of work and services for contract 80301.
80301 will take over a ready levelled construction hollow after the matter removal contract (80401).
80301 then is responsible for erecting a sealed building that comprises the framework (ground, foundations and supporting system) as well as facade works for the new terminal Flesland. The contract also comprises technical infrastructure that shall be laid in the ground under the building as well as casted heating/cooling loops in the floor. The new terminal includes a large glass facade on the east and west sides as well as a glass roof over parts of the terminal. This will be contracted separately (contract 80313) but it can be transported to 80301.
80301 also includes the construction of external supporting constructions for driving down to goods delivery to the terminal, as well as a culvert for the light rail. The culvert is approx. 350m long and approx. 20m wide at the widest point.
80301 will be responsible for the joint barracks for project T3, including own and following contracts, but not the builder owner's barracks. This includes, amongst other things, barracks, arrivals systems, provisional technical installations, RTBa nd HSE responsibility as the main company.
There will be supplier engineering design services for parts of 80301. This includes, amongst other things steel and concrete elements as well as parts of the facade systems. 80301 will also be responsible for the building's stability in the construction phase.
