The Norwegian National Security Authority (NSM), henceforth referred to as the Awarding Authority, is a directorate for protective security service. The Awarding Authority, shall within its area of responsibility, protect information and objects against espionage, sabotage and acts of terrorism, as well as be an initiator for strengthening the security condition and provide consultancy regarding the development of the security works in the society.
The Awarding Authority intends to procure a fully electronic and NOARK 5 approved case processing and filing system for use in the personnel security service. The system shall support the personnel clearance process and accompanying assignments.
The extent of the contract is further specified in the qualification documents’ point 1.3. The value of the procurement is estimated to be in the range of 5 000 000 - 8 000 000 NOK.
