New double track Oslo - ski, contract JBT-91, ski st. side tracks

All the work is expected to be completed by 17.8.2014. This includes clearing up and removing equipment.
The main aim of contract JBT-91 is to establish side tracks for train operators at ski station. The works involve technical railway works for the initiative "Establishment of side tracks" and consist of works from phase 00.40 to main phase 20.
Contract JBT-91 Superstructure, contact line, electricity installations, tele installations and signal installations consists of the following main measures:
— Establishment of four side tracks, with train heating installations and service facilities for train operators,
— Technical building south (TBS) with 22 kV switchgear with feed from local distribution network, transformers and switchgear for 1 000 V train heating installations (2 x 2,3 MVA). 400 V supply (500 kVA) for heating points, tele installations and general electrical installations,
— Changed track route for the eastern line,
— Connections to new operation phases in accordance with phase plans. Phases 00.40 to 20.00 and total break.
The signal installations consist of the following main measures:
— Modifications and connections in internal signalling plant (NSI-63),
— Connections to new operation phases in accordance with phase plans. Phases 00.40 to 20.00 and total break.
The trains shall run as normal during the whole of the site works. The work will be carried out close to operating trains and contractors must adjust their safety routines for this. The trains are planned to stop running in several weekends. These are contractual and cannot be moved. The progress (the contractor) must focus on reaching the planned train stops and carrying out the planned assignments when the trains are stopped. It is assumed that the contractor has references from equivalent projects and to a large degree uses employees with relevant experience.
