ICT operational services telephony

The aim of the contract is to ensure uniform operation and administration of the awarding authority’s telephony system. The contract shall cover operation of the telephony system with equipment and accompanying software that the awarding authority currently has, as well as relevant equipment and systems which are procured and implemented during the contract period.
The service provider shall offer uniform and competitive systems which are save costs and give more value for the awarding authority by extensive use of modern information and communication technology. The service provider shall assist with proposals for the development of systems which are future orientated in the awarding authority’s organisation.
