Hire of printers with service contracts:
— One black/white high volume machine, minimum 250 copies per minute.
— Maximum 3 high volume colour printers, with minimum 300 copies of A4 per minute altogether. If a tenderer offers 2 machines with an equivalent capacity, UiO would also like this priced.
— A service contract is required for the machines.
— In addition, prices are wanted for software for work flow. The price must include licences, upgrades and any training of employees.

The Awarding Authority shall enter into an agreement regarding hiring of 1 high-volume colour printer with a capacity of minimum 100 A4 prints per minute, including online finishing process for folding/stapling and square folding.
